Background: To study rotary retreatment systems in removal of gutta-percha and sealer.Materials methods: A total 15 subjects were enrolled. The samples randomly divided into three groups according to the file system used remove was performed (n=5): ProTaper Universal Retreatment, NEXT Edge File XR NiTi system. p- value less than 0.05 considered statistically significant. Results: percentage root canal filling has been recorded. Protaper R shows median 95.12, minimum 92.03 maximum 99.12. 98.16 99.80. Conclusion: can be as an alternative Retreatment files.
